Fapai App provides AI-powered companion chat, including text, voice and image responses generated entirely by artificial intelligence.
All AI girlfriends are fictional. Any similarity to real persons is unintended and coincidental.
You may not request the AI to impersonate a real, identifiable person.
You may not use the service for any illegal purpose, to harass others, to attempt to extract training data, or to evade content safeguards.
Strictly forbidden: content involving minors, non-consensual scenarios involving identifiable people, terrorism, weapons manufacture, or any unlawful act.
Premium features are available via recurring subscription. Pricing is shown clearly before purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel in one tap from your profile at any time.
We offer a 14-day refund on first subscription if used in good faith. Refund requests after that are handled case-by-case.
When offered, free trials automatically convert to paid plans unless cancelled before the trial ends.
We may adjust prices with 30 days notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
Prices may exclude VAT/GST. The applicable rate is calculated at checkout based on your billing country.
You retain ownership of any content you upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to use it solely to provide the service to you.
Output produced by the AI is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell or republish AI output as your own product.
All trademarks, code, design and brand assets of Fapai App remain our property and may not be used without written permission.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service in accordance with these terms.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform or pose a security risk.
You may close your account at any time. Outstanding subscriptions will not be refunded for the unused period unless required by law.
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance.
We may add, change, or remove features at any time. Material changes will be communicated in advance.
Our service may rely on third parties (payment, infrastructure). We are not responsible for their independent failures.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Fapai App is entertainment software. It is not a replacement for medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the service or violation of these terms.
You may not use the service if you are located in, or are a resident of, a country subject to comprehensive sanctions.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of incorporation of Fapai Technologies Ltd, excluding conflict-of-law principles.
You and we will attempt to resolve disputes informally first. Unresolved disputes will be settled by binding arbitration where permitted.
Where legally permitted, disputes will be resolved individually and not as part of a class action.
Notices to you may be sent to the email address on your account. Notices to us must be sent to legal@fapai-xxx.com.
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
These Terms together with the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Fapai App.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app banner at least 14 days in advance.
